What are your operating hours for Nova?

Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00pm to 1:00am

Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 6:00pm to 3:00am

What are your timings for last order?

Last order for food and drinks will be taken half an hour before closing time

What is the age requirement?

Ladies – 18 years and above
Men – 21 years and above

*Guests may be required to present a valid photo ID for verification.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual – Dress to impress
Strictly no flip flops, sandals and sports attire

*The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any individuals.

How do I get to NOVA?

By MRT:
Nearest station is Raffles Place, take exit B and turn right once you come out of the escalator.

By Bus:
Nearest Bus Stop: Fullerton Sq (03011): 10 / 57 / 70 / 75 / 100 / 107 / 130 / 131 / 162 / 167 / 196 / 850E / 868E / 951E

By Taxi or Private Hire Services:
Key in “One Raffles Place” as your destination and it will drop you right in front of the entrance

By Car: Entrance at Malacca Street to the basement Carpark of One Raffles Place.

Is there valet service available?

We do not provide any valet services. Please kindly arrange for your own valet should you require this service.

Do you provide baggage or coat check services?

Please be advised that we do not have any baggage or coat check services at HighHouse.

We do not allow luggage/suitcases, large shopping bags, large backpacks, etc. Please kindly find alternative storage for these items.

Is NOVA wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. Do inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements and assist you when you arrive.

Can I book NOVA for events?

Please send in your enquiry via our Private Events page. Alternatively, you may contact our team at hello@novabar.sg for enquiries.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

We accept reservations up to 2 months in advance.

What are your table minimum spend requirements?

Our table minimum spend ranges from $600 to $2500, please refer to our Reservations page for more details.

What is your cover charge?

Tuesday & Thursday: Free entry
Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: $30 nett

What is your cancellation / no-show policy?

A cancellation fee of $50 per guest applies if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to your reservation; or a no show on the day. You will be notified of any cancellation fee applied. No-shows and cancellations (less than 24 hours) before the reservation poses a negative impact on our business and deprives others of the opportunity to patronise our venue. We greatly appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you at our venue.

Table will only be held for 15 minutes from the time of the reservation. NOVA reserves the right to reallocate your reservation in the event of no-show or late arrival.

Can I make a special request for my reservation?

Kindly let us know in advance at the point of reservation. Please note that requests are subject to the Management’s discretion.

Table preference is subject to availability on the day.

What is a credit card hold?

Credit card details are used to secure your reservation via an authorization hold, and you will not be charged at the time of booking. Actual payment will be made on the reservation day itself. For special events day (e.g. Christmas, New Year’s Eve), a pre-charge to your credit card may be required to secure your reservation.

What is your PDPA policy?

By providing your personal information here, you agree that NOVA may collect and use your personal information for table reservations / cover charges and to receive marketing materials in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Can NOVA cater to dietary requirements?

Vegetarian items are available in our menu. Any other dietary options (e.g. vegan) are only upon request, please let us know in advance (5 days) when making the reservation so we can make the necessary preparations.

In cases of severe allergies, the Management reserves the right to the final decision to serve, as your health and safety is of the utmost priority to us.

Can I bring outside food and beverages?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises except for the following:

Wines – Please note that corkage policy applies
Cakes – Please note that cakeage fee applies

Is there corkage available?

Corkage fee: $70++/750ml. Guests are entitled to 1-for-1 corkage waiver for every wine bottle purchased from us (up to 2 bottles). No other alcohol will be allowed.

Can I bring my own cake?

Yes, you may bring your own cakes for a special occasion.

Cakeage fee: $28++ for each cake

Please let us know in advance as we require an indemnity form to be signed for any food brought and consumed in our premises. You may also order dessert from our menu and request a message to be included.

Can we bring any form of decorations?

Please let the team know in advance so that the best possible dining area can be arranged to accommodate decorations such as balloons without any disruption to other guests during service.

Is photography or videography allowed?

Photos taken for personal use are permitted. Please tag us on IG/FB at @novabar.sg. We would love to see your shots!

No professional photography/videography are allowed. Equipment such as tripods, selfie sticks, mounts, drones, rigs, supports, continuous & strobe lighting etc are not allowed and subject to written approval & venue fee.

Please note that we have our own in-house photographers during after-hours nights and photos captured may be used for marketing purposes.
